@cobra king I’ve seen some in soups in China when I visited once as well as Vietnam and some other countries. We extract blood but don’t kill them.

In Gel Clot method, We prepare 4λ for analysis( because we require 2λ CSE concentration in reaction, as per usp guaidlince ) but λ also shows clot in standard curve... "So my question is that why we prepare 4λ CSE Solution insted of 2λ".
